Hello!! My name is Nicole and I am a North Charlotte mom of two girls ages 7 and 2. Early in my career I was previously a 4th & then 1st grade teacher at a charter school in my hometown of Western Massachusetts. I did that for a few years and really loved teaching the younger grades! I have taken care of children both family and friends as a youth, through early adulthood, and now well in to mom life (not to age myself, but lets just say over 20+ years.) I have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and worked as a Project Manager for the last 10 years. I’m a career changer and entrepreneur that is now pivoting temporarily in order to provide full time care for our youngest daughter. She was unable to consistently stay healthy while in the local daycare environment. I made the hard decision to take a step back from my career to care for her directly myself. While it is super challenging at times to be a parent even with a spouse, I believe they truly are the reason we smile everyday and keep our hearts full forever! I hope to be an extension of your care team and provide your little one with extra TLC while my 2 year old comes along for the fun. Hopefully that is agreeable. Really looking forward to connecting with great families in the area and I know helping other parents like myself will allow me to continue to do work that is truly meaningful!
