I am a sociable, fun-loving, amiable, reliable, and responsible young woman who wishes to be around children again.  I am more than happy to assist in any way possible.  Since I grew up in a large family, I was often watching young ones.  I have been a babysitter for friends and family on and off for the past eight years.  Recently I have worked in retail settings, but wish to go back to what I used to do on a more permanent basis.   I had decided to take a year off from college to pursue other opportunities and now find my schedule open besides my current position at the T.J. Maxx in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.  If a promising nanny position opened up I would be more than happy to devote my time to that family.   I have many interests and I will adapt/work well in any setting.  I am Read more an artsy individual and enjoy creative pursuits.  I would love to introduce this to the children and infants through crafty activities where they can enjoy creative freedom and broaden their horizons.  I am also a very active person which translates well to young children.  Through my many years of babysitting, I know many tricks and ways to keep children entertained and well behaved.  I am not the kind to plop them down in front of the television until its time for them to go to bed.  I would love to take the kids to fun places, like the children’s museum, arts and craft studios where you pick and paint your own pottery, etc.  As a License Nursing Assistant, I have other skills that translate well to nannying or babysitting.
