Hi! I am in my third year working as an EEC Certified Infant/Toddler & Preschool Teacher at The Learning Center for the Deaf in Framingham. I have loved working at TLC spending most of my time with infants and toddlers. I have a Certificate in American Sign Language and Deaf Studies and use ASL on a daily basis in my job. Prior to getting Certified I worked for a year at Goddard School in Wayland as an Assistant Teacher primarily in the Get Set (turning 2) classroom. Prior to that I homeschooled my own (now teenage) children through 4th and 7th grades respectively. I have a Bachelors degree in English and Philosophy from Mount Holyoke College. Unfortunately TLC is closing the program in which I am working at the end of the summer for financial reasons and I am seeking another position starting end of August/beginning of September. I have Read more had annual CPR/1st Aid Training, am a non-smoker, enjoy pets and have my own car. I love children, particularly infants and toddlers and I am seeking a full time live-out position in the Natick/Framingham Area (my kids go to school in Natick/Framingham) ideally starting at 7:30 or 8:00am and ending no later than 4:30pm. I am looking for a salary of $15-$20/hour. Thank you!
