My name is Tayla Lucchese, i have been working with children of all ages for quite some time now. I started out by attending work with my mother when she cared for two young boys when i was just 7 years old. I helped her feed the children, play with them and help put them down for naps. At a young age i was happy to help take care of new borns and ever since then fell in love with working with kids. I was hired at the Ymca north suburban branch when i was 15 turning 16 years old. I still attend the site on occasions due to my other work schedule. I worked at the YMCA full time for 6 years with kids of all ages 3 Mo -14 year olds. I have bonded with a lot of the children who have been at the site since they Read more were very young, and continue to build a relationship when i see them at the after school program on Mondays and Fridays. My other job at the moment is a certified dental assistant at a pediatric office in lexington. I work with only kids in this dentist office, helping the doctor fix cavities, extractions etc. Kids seem to feel very comfortable meeting me for the first, and what other nerve racking place to be than the dentist office for a child, and my job is to make them comfortable . Talking about what they are interested in and keeping their mind off the procedure is my main goal when i have a patient . The reason i want to leave both jobs and Nanny or babysit is because i want to go back to school to become a hygienist.I would be most interested at taking night classes so i could work mornings and afternoons if necessary. I am both CPR and first aid certified, every year i re-new my certificates through the YMCA . I also was background checked last November and had gotten my finger prints scanned which i can provide all the information to you. There truly is no better feeling than working with kids, to me it is rewarding to make them smile and happy. I encourage kids as much as i can, and try my best to help them in any way possible. I also have experience working with special needs children. I was a one-on-one for two years at the Y and i loved teaching him new things each day. I am an energetic, friendly girl who would love to help out a family in need of a Nanny. I know its hard to get to know some one to take care of your child, but i can promise i would love and care for your child just the way you would want a nanny to. Please contact me through e-mail or phone number and i would be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.
