I'm an outgoing, fun-loving, cheerful woman with experience as both a paramedic and a nanny. I hold certification in infant, child and adult CPR as well as first aid. I'm in school to become a nurse at Quinsigamond Community College. I have been babysitting since I was 14 years old with experience as a nanny starting at age 18. I am looking for a p/t or f/t position. I love to do crafts and play outside with the kids. I can teach children to swim and help broaden their horizons. I have experience with autistic children and infants as well. Hours and days are flexible.

Jaime has cared for my now 8-year-old twins since they were 6 years old, on an as-needed basis. She is a total natural with children. She is kind and nurturing, cheerful, and engaged. She always arrives to work on time and ready to jump in to whatever might be happening at the moment. She has worked early morning shifts -- which involve taking over the breakfast and school lunch preparations, making sure the kids are all dressed and ready, then getting them to the bus on time. She has also picked up the kids from the bus in the afternoon on many occasions, staying with them for several hours that include supervising and helping with homework, playing, dinner preparation and clean-up, and driving to after-school activities. She is always great about working on short notice whenever she's available. She has also worked late night shifts, as well as days caring for a sick child home from school. I have always felt very secure knowing my kids were with Jaime, not only because of her patient and conscientious nature, but because she is a paramedic who is now studying to be a nurse! My kids really enjoy her company, and she is a very positive influence. I highly recommend her.
