I needed a temporary nanny for my then 3 month old and 2 year old, and picked Morgan S. because she seemed kind and sweet. I quickly realized she did not have much experience or was just plain lazy. She was easy to work with and did follow instructions. As i only needed a nanny and my priority was that the kids get fed and diapers changed, i kept her and one day she stopped showing up to work and stopped responding to my messages and phone calls. No notice. she is good babysitter, but not a great nanny.
