Hi, I am an experienced childcare worker, as I am a mother of 2. 16 and 21 year olds. A grandmother of 1 one year old. I raised both my children under the RIE method, and I'm a firm believer in this as my children turned out great! I do not use certain words like no, I believe in finding others words and ways to discipline. On the other hand the way you raise your child is important to me and anything that I may do that you don't, I will always adhere to your rules.
