Laura has been the Nanny for our son since he was 3 months old (now 13 months). We love her dearly. She is extremely responsible, trustworthy and dedicated. She comes early and leaves late if needed. One month prior to each of our son's Pediatric Milestone appointments, Laura completes a detailed assessment for our review with homework assignments for us to complete in order to ensure that our son is on track. Everyday she completes a daily sheet which includes our son's daily activities, books read, milestones, etc. It makes me feel like I haven't missed a thing. Additionally, Laura prepares homemade organic baby food and meals for our son! We couldn't ask for a better Nanny. We are very lucky that she has come into our homes and our lives!
