Hi! My name is Michaela Clement. I am 22 years old and have over 10 years of child care experience under my belt! I started out by being a mother's helper at age 10, and eventually became a babysitter for various families in my neighborhood. I have worked with kids of all ages, from infants to teenagers, and have loved every minute of it. I also was a part of my high school’s child development program, in which I taught a class of 8-10 preschoolers every day. For the past 5 summers, I have worked at a summer camp as a camp counselor, in which I supervise a group of 10-12 campers and guide and encourage them in daily theatre camp activities, such as singing, dancing, acting and art.
