Hello! I am currently looking for a full time nanny position. For the past 2 years I have been working as a receptionist at an Ophthalmologist office. After realizing that it wasn't the job for me, I figured I would go back to what I love. Before my last job I had been a nanny for 2 years. While I was a nanny I took care of three children. When I started they were 7, 4 and 3. I did drop off/pick up for the oldest and went to pre school with the younger two children, as they were apart of a co-op pre school. In addition to watching the kids, I ran errands and did some house keeping for the family as well (laundry, tidying up, meals, etc.) Before I was a nanny, I looked after the infants at Bay Country Learning Center in Annapolis. Ages ranged from 3 Read more to 9 months. I loved being with the infants all day and I learned a lot about caring for that age during my time there. For the past 3 years I have been babysitting for a family, with three kids, about 2-5 times a month. The youngest just turned 2, so I've been watching him since he was about 3 months. The other 2 children were 5 and 3 when I first started watching them. I have been babysitting/mothers helper since I was about 11 years old. I come from a very big family and have been around kids for so much of my life, I feel very comfortable taking care of them. Along with being comfortable with children, I have no problem taking care of multiple children at a time. I have just recently started babysitting for a family with five kids, aging from 4 months to 8 years. Although it is a new experience, I find the challenge very rewarding and exciting.
