The joy of discovering the unique personalities of each child that I've cared for and being able to help in their behavioral, academic and physical development are my motives for choosing a career in childcare. Also, the bonus of integrating into a new family and loving them as my own. For over 8 years I've cared for children ranging in ages from new born to 11 years old, Though I had the privilege of supervising older kids. Currently, I provide afterschool care for a family in Gathersburg with three kids ages 11, 10 and 9. I can cook, follow recipes, clean, do laundry, assist with home work and other projects around the home. I value honestly, respect and understanding and am a strong believer in communication. My most memorable job in childcare was in Dec- Feb and July -Sept 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.
