We interviewed Margaux and we thought she was a great fit. She said she was excited to start with our family and asked for several weeks of notice to give to her current family. She then told us she could start the following week, then negotiated an additional week, then called out on her first day. All the while we thought we had a nanny so we stopped searching. She then told us she could start the following week. We were more than accommodating while she worked out her other commitments...SHE DID NOT SHOW UP up on what was supposed to be her first day. NO PHONE CALL, NO EMAIL, NO TEXT. She left us several weeks without a nanny and then high and dry with no communication. Do not even consider this caregiver.
