I began working in childcare as a teachers aide in classrooms ranging 5 months to pre-k. I did that for a year before getting qualified to become a lead preschool teacher. I was working as a lead pre-k teacher for almost a year and I absolutely loved it but have since transitioned into nannying about 6 months ago for more flexibility in my schedule with my classes at Towson. I’m studying elementary education there and also have several credit hours in early childhood development and education so I have plenty of knowledge from my courses to back up my experience! My style is very child-led. As a teacher, I loved for my kids to be having so much fun they don’t even realize they’re learning! I have years of experience with children in an in-home setting as well from babysitting on weekends to now nannying full time. I am very Read more active and hands on. I love reading with my kids, doing crafts, science experiments and taking trips to the library, park, zoo, etc. I am very responsible, reliable, and passionate. You can trust that your children will feel safe and loved as if they were my own! I’m certified in CPR/first aide, basic health and safety, medicine administration, ADA, and more! I’m covid conscious and vaccinated. I also have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, along with a reliable car.
