I am currently a special educator in the vocational program at a private, separate-day school for individuals with Autism and acute behaviors. I have 4 years of teaching experience in the self-contained setting, with ages ranging from 7 through 21 years old. I received my undergraduate degree in special education at Towson University. Previously, I have experience directing an inclusion program at a summer day camp, overseeing 20 campers with special needs. My joy is to help children with varying abilities learn how to function in every day life. Whether it is at the grocery store, interacting with others at the park, making their bed or buying laundry detergent, I enjoy helping them succeed in every way!
