Hello, my name is Laura Heron. I am a college student at University of Delaware where I study Health Behavioral Science. During winter and summer breaks I am at home in Calvert County. I have taken Nutrition and Personal Health classes which are very useful when taking care of children. I have been babysitting since I was about 13 years old. I have taken the SafeSitter class through Calvert Memorial Hospital where I was taught infant and child CPR and the Heimlich maneuver. I'm also a strong swimmer. I have had babysitting jobs through my church where I have watched mulitple infants from 6 months old to children about 10 years old. I have also done other jobs where I pick up children from school and take them to after school activities. I have a car and I am a very responsible driver. I am in Air Force ROTC at Read more my college. This means I am gaining a lot of leadership skills. I am a very active person, because I have to work out many times during the week, so I can definitely keep up with your kids and have fun!
