Ingrid worked full-time for us beginning February 2010 through May 2010. Our friend, who would be watching our daughter, was not available until June 1st, so we hired Ingrid for the interim. Our daughter was three months old when Ingrid began. At the time, I worked at home two days a week, so I was able to experience Ingrid and our daughter interact. Not once did I have any concerns and, as a first time mother, I learned from her experience. Ingrid helped establish a schedule of eating and sleeping. Ingrid’s experience is diverse with education, art, language, and history. She has a strong work ethic, is very reliable and trustworthy, and has a wonderful sense of humor. Ingrid took our daughter for long walks, read to her, played with her, and cared for her as though she was her granddaughter. We now have a 4 yr. old, 2 yr. old, and 8 month old twins. We had our full-time day nanny but were desperate for help at night. The first person that came to mind was Ingrid. Every night for 6 months, Ingrid took care of our twins. She stopped once the twins started sleeping through the night. She showed up every night at 10 pm, and this experience made her part of our family. She helped in the morning while we got the older two ready and did whatever she could to make our mornings easier. She is so loving with all of our kids. Ingrid and the twins have developed a very obvious and adorable bond. We call her Grammy, and she often drops by for a visit. She will always be part of our family, and we will make sure that she remains a part of our children’s lives.

I first met Ingrid about 8 months ago when I was requesting a regular sitter. She is wonderful, everything she promises in her resume and so much more! My toddler looks forward to seeing Mis Sophie and enjoys learning new songs, playing educational games, and playing with new toys.

Ingrid watched our son for a year from 4 months to 14 months. She came 3 days a week to our home and was wonderful! She is always playing, reading, going for walks and singing with him. My husband and I feel very lucky to have found Ingrid. I recently decided to stop working and we know our son will miss seeing her. Ingrid is very thoughtful, generous and always flexible. We cannot say a enough good things about her!

Ingrid has been watching our son on an intermittent basis for 4 months now. We are very happy with the care she provides. She is always very prompt, cheerful, and accountable. We feel confident in the care she provides and our son seems to enjoy her. You can tell she genuinely enjoys being around children. Thank you Ingrid!

Ingrid is a caring and very organized caregiver. She helped us out last minute with our two boys. My 6 year old just adored her. I'm looking forward to working with her again.

Sophie has sat for us numerous times. Our son adores her and she has always been on time and professional. She is wonderful with our son and we feel confident when she is watching him. She is patient with him and has a great relationship with him too. We love her!!

Ingrid has been a sitter for us for a few months now. We love her and trust her and my girls (3 and 9 months) adore her. She is responsible, punctual and cares a great deal about the children she looks after.

Ingrid babysat for our twin 5-month old boys in September. She watched the boys from 7 am until 4pm 5 days a week for 2 weeks while our au pair was on vacation. Ingrid was punctual, responsible and really interacted well with the boys. She crawled around on the floor and really played with them. Ingrid kept them on our schedule, which included feeding and nap times at specific times during the day. We would have Ingrid back in a minute, and are already planning on using her again. You won’t go wrong if you hire Ingrid.

Sophie has watched our daughter from 6 months to 2 years old. You won't find a more trustworthy and experienced sitter. Her routine is tailored to the child, but in our case included daily outings to the park for 2-3 hours. Sophie has a fabulous collection of traditional childrens songs, books and videos that she used to teach our daughter the basics of reading, phonics, and music. Sophie's schedule was quite flexible and she bailed us out on many occasions. Her years of experience really made us comfortable leaving our duaghter with her any time of the day. We can't say enough good things!

We can't say enough good things about Sophie! We were apprehensive about babysitters but she certainly put us at ease. Our 2 year old took right to Sophie and we felt so comfortable going out for the evening!

Sophie came to look after my nearly 3 year old on Saturday and it was the first time he had someone other than a family member put him to bed. When we left him he was screaming for me and his dad, when we got back he was peacefully sleeping in his bed. He told me the next day about all the things him and Sophie had done and how much fun he had. Thank you for your time and patience Sophie.
