Cherika has worked for us daily as an afternoon babysitter for 2 1/2 months now, and we have been very happy with her work. She has a lovely quiet presence and our children feel very comfortable with her. Cherika is reliable and responsible, she is a hard worker, shows initiative, asks for guidance when needed, and she is committed to doing a good job. She has always been available when I needed extra help, even at the last minute. I recommend her highly.
