Sandra looked after my daughter since she was 7 months until 21 months. Sandra was always highly motivated and performed extremely well. For example, by the time Sandra started with us, my baby girl was not crawling and hated tummy time. With a lot of patience and love, Sandra tirelessly helped my baby gain the necessary strength and coordination through baby exercises that allowed my baby girl to learn to crawl within a month. Sandra's main strength is her talent to motivate children. She always seemed genuinely interested in children's mental development and presented new ways of learning that captured my daughter's attention. For example, she is a wonderful story teller and is very engaging. By the time my daughter was a 12 month old she would willingly sit for an entire hour of reading, completely focused and motivated. Sandra is also very reliable, trustworthy, and tunes up with the requirements of the family. For example, it was important for us to potty train our baby girl at a very young age. Sandra was instrumental in this endeavor since she would take her to the potty, would sing songs, and read to her while in the potty. Sandra also supported our efforts to use flash cards to teach our baby different concepts. With Sandra's constant support and constancy, by the time our baby was 21 months, she knew the planets, days of the week, months, seasons, counts to 30, builds 12 pieces puzzles, and can find a few countries in the world map, among other things Sandra taught her. Again, Sandra taught through play, was very affectionate. It is with great sadness to see Sandra go, however our family situation has changed and now we only need babysitting sporadically a few hours a week. Sandra has so much love to give and she is great with children. Sandra possess all the main qualities that anyone may want on a nanny. She will not only take care of your children, but will also develop their intellect, social skills and will raise them with lots of affection.
