I have been babysitting since I was a young teen. I have had previous experience with children also through being a nanny for over a year and a half. I absolutely love children, I like doing arts and crafts, movie days, and of course cuddling time on rainy days. I am a high schooo graduate with some college as well, but secretepy I still act like I'm 5 yrs old, so its great to let loose with the kids. I am 25, married, no children of my own yet. However I do have 2 cats (incase of allergies) Im currently looking for a higher paying pt position but I am also open to full time work. I have plenty of experience and references available. My pay rate averages between 9-14 per hr depending on how many children and what the schedule is. Im sorry but I cannot go any less Read more then 9 per hr. My situation however is slightly different then most people my age. I have 2 disabling diseases, fibromyalgia and psoriatic arthritis. I completely understand if you don't know what these are, most people don't honestly. However what it means is that I am limited on my physical abilities, so rather then sitting on a floor and playing I will sometimes sit on a chair or sofa, rather then being very active on yucky days, I'm prone to have a movie day instead. This does not mean I cannot properly care for your child, it just means that I have to take precautions to protect my body as well. BUT, what I lack in physical ability, I make up for in spunk and creativeness :D. Being a nanny or long term babysitter is much more then a job, and more then the one time shot of watching your child for date night. I get to be a part of helping you raise them, bond with them. Love them. And its very special, and honestly my passion I believe. This is what I want as my career, I hope someone out there is willing to give me a chance! I promise I'll do my best.
