For years I have enjoyed working with children of all ages. I love involving children in outdoor activities as well as arts and crafts. My experience includes time before, during, and after school, driving children to various places, and providing them with healthy snacks and meals. I am going into my senior year at The University of Maine majoring in Elementary Education, an educational experience I truly enjoy because of my love of working with, and learning from children. Through my schooling, I have logged more than 175 documented hours in elementary classrooms. During the summer of 2016, I worked at an early learning center in Freeport in which I was responsible for children ages 3-12. Throughout this experience I learned a great deal about children in different developmental areas and how they interact with each other.
