I will be graduating from college with my Bachelor's Degree in General Studies with a concentration in Elementary Education and a minor in Family and Consumer Sciences. I was an Elementary Education major for 3 years when I decided to not be one anymore. I love children and I want to work with children, but I do not want to be a teacher. I will hopefully be going back to school within the next five year to get a Master's Degree in School Counseling. I have taken many different courses that deal with children; including early children development, multiple family studies and counseling courses. I just finished my 18th and final year of competitive swimming. I was a student athlete at Ball State University for all four years. I learned so much throughout my career as a swimmer.
