Who Am I? I am a kind, compassionate, and active twenty-five-year-old nanny with over 9 years of childcare experience--specializing in infant, first-year, and toddler aged care. I'm a dog-lover, an avid iced coffee drinker, and the designated 'fun aunt' to my fourteen-month-old niece and nephew (who were born three days apart!). I pride myself on my eternally 'can-do' attitude, cheerful disposition, and most importantly--my willingness to look more than a little silly for those baby smiles! What Would Make Us A Great Match? You and your little one(s) love reading books together, playing music, and singing together! You want a nanny to be just as engaged, interested, and active with your child(ren) as you are! Well we all enjoy the occasional break for an episode of Bluey or two, it's my goal to avoid screen-time as much as possible. As a nanny, I strive to create developmentally appropriate activities (be it sensory-bins, arts & crafts, outdoor fun, or just plain old imagination) and to be an active participant in their play. You don't want to miss out on your child's day, even though your away! It is my goal to keep you fully 'in the loop', by providing age-appropriate daily reports for each child which can be shared through the Huckleberry app or a personalized 'care binder'. And of course, by taking lots pictures and videos of our daily adventures! You follow common-sense, appropriate safety measures regarding COVID-19! I recognize that this can be a polarizing issue, but is important for parents and caregivers to align with one another on it nonetheless. For the health and safety of myself and my family, I will only provide care for families that have been fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19 (dependent on age of child, with flexibility for those who have medical conditions that prevent them from being vaccinated). I will, of course, be able to provide my proof of vaccination as well.
