I'm new to the East Lansing, Michigan area, having just moved from Iowa. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Leisure, Youth, and Human Services. I have worked for a variety of youth serving organizations, including creating programming for 2 separate summer camps. I am Mandatory Reporter certified. I love to explore outdoors (with sunscreen, of course!) and read during my free time. I'm a huge animal lover, especially dogs, although I don't have one of my own. My biggest passions are working with youth, children with life threatening illnesses, and mental health advocacy.
