Hi I'm Jennifer! I have over two years of Live-in experience. I was also a teacher of Math, Science and English in Egypt for 8 months! I taught children and adults. I love children and I really enjoy the nanny job because, being part of a family and watching children grow and learn is so rewarding! Especially knowing that I was a part of it. As a nanny you are also a teacher as well. I love teaching little minds and think it's important to be an avenue of education as a nanny too. I will dive into anything and everything where it concerns a household. You name it and I have probably done it. As a past household manager, I put in many hours and much effort into making a busy household run smooth and efficient. I love driving so, play dates, after school activities, drop-offs and pick-ups, grocery shopping, dry cleaners, pet care etc... is no problem for me! My patience is impeccable. I am excellent at self-management. I love to laugh and I love to play games. I love music and singing. I absolutely love to cook and bake and I prefer to involve children in this. It's fun to do together! I have been certified in CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, Positive Techniques for Challenging Behaviors, Human Needs and Communication, Cultural Competency, Nonviolent Crisis Interventions I & II and Physical Intervention. I am skilled in American Sign Language and Arabic as far as other languages. Overall, I enjoy being a nanny for so many reasons. It's a special job and unique in that, you get to be part of a family and focus just on them. You can put all your energy into it and at the end of the day, smile because you know that you are an asset and that you helped and it's just a more personal experience and so rewarding!
