i have a 6 year old daughter and before her i was a main provider for two my little cousins till the were about 1 then they mom was able to care for them full time. I've worked at three different elementary schools. Two as a lunch aide only and the other as a lunch mom. I was responsible for a class during lunch and recess. i also started a girl mentoring group at the school before i left because the boys had special group and etc i just didn't want the girls to fell left out.
