My name is Lauren and I am 19 years old. I have always had a huge place for children in my heart. Growing up the older sister and one of the older cousins in my family I babysat a lot. At first I started babysitting family and friends children, before I knew it people I barely knew started to ask me to care for their children. I have also had a lot of experience in school settings, because my mother is a teacher. My love for children has grown because of that. My goal is to help as many children grow, learn, and thrive in any environment they may encounter. I am now a sophomore in college, majoring in community service focusing on family relations. This degree will help me decide what career I want to get my masters in, as well as put me in a position were I Read more will be able to obtain my masters in the next four years. I hope to either obtain my master's as a child life specialist or a social worker. My goal is to be able to make a positive impact on as many families and children that I can throughout my life. I am interested in nannying for the rest of my college career and then on, whether it is with one family for a few years, or even date night sitting. I am now looking for a child care job for nights, as I am trying to make it possible to nanny for my only income. I currently am nannying for a loving family with three children a few days a week, but am hoping to help out other families as well. I absolutely love children and would love to impact your family's life in a positive way.
