I was a nanny for just about 3 years for a family, until they moved out of state. With that family, there were 3 children. A set of fraternal twins, and a boy. One of the twins had development/mobility difficulties, I would take that child to appointments and work with HeadStart EarlyOn therapists and teachers during in-home visits.
