Hi there! My name is Jess and I currently work in Muskegon Michigan as a lead infant/toddler teacher. I started working at my daycare as an assistant in 2012 and was presented the opportunity to become a lead infant/toddler teacher 2 years later. I went through many hours of training each year and classes for 9 months to receive my Child Development Associates degree. I began babysitting at 12 years old and have always loved being able to help the kids that I work with learn, grow and thrive in everything they do. Working at a daycare with around 30 kids a day I came to the unfortunate realization that some kids don't get love or attention at their own home and we may be the only people they can trust, come to for help or even just grab a quick hug or kind word.
