I interviewed Ashley for a position to care for my baby. I called her on the same day of the interview to offer her the position and she never returned my call. I called and texted her the next day and she ignored and avoided my calls. It only took a little common courtesy to call or text me and say "I am not interested." I could have spent the 24 hours I spent waiting to hear back from her, looking for another babysitter. This was very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
