I have worked with children in some capacity since I was 11. I began babysitting my 3 siblings and 2 cousins. I then worked with families around my neighborhood. Continuing my love for working with children, I pursued other outlets such as tutoring through NHS and Spanish NHS, coaching pee-wee cheerleaders for the Rochester Redskins, assisting the special education class at Stoney Creek High School, and next year I have been accepted into a program to teach a spanish class of 3rd and 4th graders through a program at the University of Michigan. Children have always brought great joy into my life and I love any opportunity that comes my way to do so again.
