I started caring for the neighbor children when I was 10 years old. Sometimes I would go to the neighbors house and help the father get the kids ready for day care. I did my first overnight care when I was 12 (yes my parents were in the house, but I was the one up at 3am to feed the baby). Since then I have continued to babysit when I can. In 2007/2008 I worked with at risk childern from 1st grade to 6th grade, I assisted them with behavioral issues, math, reading and spelling. I have also taught English over seas to middle school and high school students. in 2009 I worked in Child Development Center, mostly with pre-schoolers, but sometimes with infants and toddlers.

My toddlers love her! She is very attentive and my oldest daughter (3) gets very excited when I tell her Lesley is coming, and that is a great feeling. She also came over and helped us out during an unexpected emergency.
