As the oldest cousin I was forced to learn how to take good care of children whether I wanted to or not. It wasn't until my youngest cousin was born that I realized I had a real talent for care taking. I got my CPR certification when my cousin was diagnosed with several illnesses. I wanted to learn so I knew what to do during emergency situations. I've had experience babysitting my neighbors kids but never have an actual paid position. I know it's something I will be good at and want to explore this type of work since i'm still young and not sure what path to take yet.
