I don't call myself a babysitter, but a caregiver and enjoy taking care of children, whether it is yours or my grandchildren or my own kids, who are now grown adults and successful parents of my 4 grandchildren. I have been a Girl Scout leader in Kentuckiana, and took care of the safety and entertainment of the girls in my care for several years on each adventure we went on. I was a foster mother when a child needed a safe home, and now I have another Girl Scout Troop in Leelanau County, yes.. at my age I took on a new Girl Scout Troop. I am Red Cross certified, and believe in safety. I have taught school from pre-K to 12, and even spent time in Special Needs and Behavior Disorder classes to help the kids do the best they could do. I am looking for babysitting jobs so parents can get a moment away to remember why they are together in the first place and not have to worry about their kids while they are gone.
