Hi, I started watching babies when I was 7 years old.....when my baby brother was born. I couldn't stay away from him, and my Mom was kind enough to bless me with two more! i started watching other people's children when I was 12. After high school, I worked as an Adminitrative Assistant while I attended college, got married and started my own family. When my son was born 2.5 years after my daughter I felt compelled to raise the two of them. I always knew I had a special gift in caregiving. We had a great time, and when he was 2 we decided to help other Moms. I have been a Nanny for 4 individual families and I worked in a Montessori daycare center with young toddlers. Over the last ten years, my baby brothers have been having babies of their own. I have traveled all over the Read more world with them. One brother has twin boys who are now 6 and a 5 year old daughter. They are all in school now, but I spent a lot of time with them, starting when the twins were only weeks old. I also have nephews age 9 and 7 that live in NYC that I have watched on multiple occassions. My children are now well on their well to their own adult lives. My daughter is getting married in October and my son is graduating from college this May. Now is your opportunity to put my experience to work for you! I firmly believe in a family approach. The way you want your children to be raised is of the utmost importance to me. The things that are important to you ie. academics, compassion for others, respect for diversity and religious differences will all be through your family values and hopefully positively influenced through mine.
