Meet Rachel

  • Comfortable with pets
  • Has a car

I have experience with children of all ages, and love to engage them in fun activities that encourage learning and exploration! When the weather allows I like to get kids out of the house and burn off energy with trips to the park, zoo and play dates. When were at home I use my Bachelor’s Degree in art to develop fun and creative art projects, more than coloring! I love animals, and have volunteered at a shelter for many years. I hope to speak with you soon about working with your family!

Rachel was our part-time nanny for seven months, starting when my son was 17 months old. My son will be starting preschool at the beginning of the year, so we will no longer be needing an in-home caregiver. Rachel has been a reliable employee, trustworthy, and very flexible with our family's scheduling needs. She shows great patience and compassion for my son. Rachel is very thoughtful in planning activities for the kids that are creatively engaging. I'm grateful that my son had the opportunity to get to know Rachel and her daughter.

Rachel is a very kind and compassionate person. I have three children ages, 3, 5, and 7 and she is wonderful with them all. She is punctual and trustworthy. She comes to work ready to play and often has planned activities and art projects ready for the kids to do. I will no longer be working and that is the reason we won't be needing a nanny any longer. It will be hard to let her go!
