Hello my name is kaitlen hayden and I worked at a day care for over three years not at Morgan early learning center, caring for children of all ages up to preschool. I personally worked in every room for my three years now. I have also babysat for over six years now for friends and family. In addition to my years of experience when I was in high school I took 3 years of classes revolved around caring for children called child development and careers with children also I have been taking online classes called Kaplan to further my education about children. I am very experienced and have over 7 of experience working with children. I am CPR and first aid certified and have a very safe and reliable vehicle. In the first interview she spent mos time asking questions about salary not about my son. This sitter never showed up for 2nd interview . I called she picked up and promptly hung up with out answering; She never returned the call. My son had picked her out. She left my son very disappointed She could of just sent an email that she was not interested

Kaitlen agreed to start our position after our face to face interview. She started on Monday. Her start time was 2:15 pm and she arrived on time. However, on Tuesday, 30 min before she was due to start, she text me saying the drive to our home was further than what she thought and would not be showing up that day. It was a true dissappointment because it was such short notice and I had to rush home from work to relieve our morning nanny so she would not be late to her afternoon engagements. It would have been nice if Kaitlen would have informed me of this Monday evening, or even Tuesday morning...not 30 minutes before she was due to start.
