My name is Alysha, I am a mental health professional at a local hospital with a flex schedule. I am looking for a periodic schedule to fill my off days. I work 12 hour shifts 3x a week at the hospital. I have been a caregiver for 9 years now. I have worked with nearly all age groups ranging from new born to 14 years old. I am a trained nanny with previous training through College Nannies and Tutors. In my past experiences as a nanny I have found that the families I work with have become more like my second family rather than a job. I love being a nanny for all the little things, sure we may have bad days filled with time-outs and temper tantrums, but none of those matter when the kids I spend my days with finally tie their shoes on their own or score Read more that first goal. My heart melts every time I see their eyes light up when they accomplish a goal they've been working at for so long. Being a nanny is also a pretty good excuse to play like a kid again too ;) I love exploring, making slime or other crafts, building forts and most importantly making every day a new adventure.
