Hello, My name is Kristejana, I prefer Nina. I am a teacher at Childtime of Canton. I previously worked at Bemis Farms Lincoln. I am experienced and equipped with a heart full of passion for the proper growth and development for all children in all ages, stages, & settings. My home life is packed with my brothers 3 children; one child is 8 and the other two are 5 yrs old twins, boy & girl. Ive been a nannying for 7 years and babysitter for nearly 9. Through Canton High School, as a senior student, I was given the opportunity to work with pre-school children ages 2-5; interacting and teaching basic skills for appropriate growth and development. In that environment, I established a great sense of working in a diverse group, how to properly communicate to young children, and how to assist a child in fulfilling max potential in a Read more Early Childhood Education facility. Starting in 2010, I began junior coaching competitive cheerleading teams at Premier Athletics Michigan, there I had been an athlete at as well. During each season, I worked with ages 3-18. Many of my tasks included building confidence, giving encouragement, incorporating a sense of character, teaching self-control, along with kindness, respect, dependability in a group setting, and perseverance. Previous summers, I taken on the Lead Position in Summer Camp Program. Many skills acquired and better fulfilled include lesson planning, field trip planning, and activity preparation. Starting in 2014 after high school, I worked as a extended care teacher with Bemis Farms Preschool and Childcare. I switched over to preschool starting my second year there. I transferred to Tutor Time October of 2016. After the loss of a child, I removed my self from the workforce and graduated from college in winter of 2017. I worked as a preschool teacher 2017-2019. In 2019, I transferred to Childtime of Canton.
