For the past 10 years, I have been caring for children 4 months-12 years old. Some with special needs. I feel I have a way of connecting with them, and always provide a positive, loving environment. I am able to redirect when outburst occur (rarely happens) and make sure to be attentive at all times. My most recent job included caring for an 4-month-old boy who was sweet as peaches. I created brain stimulating activities, worked on him with walking, crawling, and saying his first word (dada of course) and made sure to always give him lots of cuddles and kisses. I am trained in CPR/First Aid and have a daughter of my own, so I know how difficult it can be to trust your child in someone else's hands. We had an interview set up with Jenn and she mixed up the dates and didn't respond to texts or phone calls until hours later. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for the following week. Same thing! No show, no call, no text, no email. Super frustrating situation and a really disappointing start to our nanny search.
