I currently am a PCA for a family with 3 daughters. I have been there nanny/PCA for 6 years now. One of the children has cerebral palsy which makes things for her more difficult then her sisters. Therefor I help with basic activities like cleaning, clothing, going to the bathroom, etc. Being a nanny is tough, but I wouldn't change it for the world, its a blessing to watch children grow up and hope you can be their role model !
