Hi! My name is Cait. I am 26 years old and the lucky mother of a very happy and active 7 year old boy. Some of our favorite activites include cooking, crafts, sports, and spending time outdoors! I started babysitting at the age of 12, when I was old enough to take a babysitter training and CPR class. I started out babysitting for family and friends. As I got a little older and more experienced I started babysitting a boy with Down Syndrome. This was both challanging and rewarding. I also babysat for several families throughout high school and cared for infants, toddlers, and school age children. I joined the Air Force after high school, got married, and had a child of my own. It was at this time that I realized how difficult it can be to leave your child in someone else's care, sometimes a complete stranger. I Read more also learned how comforting it is to know your child is in good hands! I separated from the Air Force when my son was 1. I was a stay at home mom for the following year before going back to school for Criminal Justice. I currently work as a part-time licensed police officer, however; I prefer to spend as much time as possible with my son as a mom. I grew up with 4 brothers, 2 sisters, and countless cousins of all ages. I love being around kids and I would enjoy the opportunity to help by spending time caring for your child. It would also help my preferred lifestyle as a mom! *My availability is very flexible. I am a First Responder and CPR certified. I speak basic Spanish and am willing to teach the language.
