I believe my experience working with children and disable adult makes me an excellent candidate to be your Nanny. My experience with children began with as youth helping my grandmother with her daycare (Donna’s daycare) and babysitting. I helped and watched children from infant to middle school age. I was responsible preparing food, changing diapers, playing games with the children, and watching them at the park. I was nanny for one summer. It gave me experience working with 2 middle school boys. I was responsible for their safety, ensuring they performed their daily chores, and completed homework, plus playing games with them. I did household chores such as, Landry, cleaning, dishes and making meals. Working as Personal Care Assistance for adults with disabilities I learned how to deal with different situations, such someone getting very upset or wanting to run away. My current position at Edison school after school program I supervise children and help the children with their daily homework. I believe I would be great person for the position because I have been around children for most of my life. I know how to interact with them and how to deal with tough situations.
