I done nanny care for past 10 years ,full and part time. I cared for children start at 3 months-8 years. Had 1-4 children while in my care. Infants/toddlers basic needs, book reading ,walks ,activities that learning to stimulating their brain, as sign language, sensory,. Also preparing meals. Preschool : plan activities to help learn, preparing them or school when enter. Prepare healthy meals,picnic lunch. Drop/pick up from childcare and school. Take children to outing as parents request, plan activities that are fun ,summer events, and more.swimming lesson,zoo,playgrounds,parks,story hour, take to sports events that children are in. Take care children from infants-through school for several families. Took care children while parent were out town/country for jobs and vacation. Baby sat for many children that was at childcare center that I work at. Work in childcare center for many years as a teacher. Working mainly with infants ,but also work with Read more 2-6 years old which I really enjoy all ages. Other experience: took care children for 2 family that out state and other out country for a week. I stay ay parents house. Get ready for childcare and drop off,pick up and back to their home. Make children dinner,get to bed on time/get up in the morning. Took care 4 girls infant-school age for 2 years on Friday nights. Their parents play volley ball.Make dinner,clean up ,play with them. Feeding infant dinner /older one,clean up,play time (inside/out),read to them,get ready for bed time. For 10 weeks went was at house at 5am so Mom leave town to do internship in health field. Got 2 boys up,dress,took childcare with me.Sometime brought home until Mom got back, They were toddler and preschool. Went to collage for Early child hood .Take many work shop on that relate to childcare. I love taking care children. It is rewarding to me ,knowing that I made a different in a child life. As a person reliable , calm,never ask for off/get sick, flexible, lot energy to keep up with children all ages. Was name for honor teacher for few years.
