I have extensive child care experience, through private nannying and babysitting, as well as youth-serving nonprofits (including camps). I have cared for children ages 1 month to 12 years, with a focus on ages 2-6. Responsibilities have included bedtime and bath routines, nap time, diapers and toilet training transitions, cooking/meal prep, overnights, piano/music practice coaching, outings/errands, and playtime! I am a college graduate, and currently taking prerequisite courses as I return to school to pursue nursing (eventually nurse midwifery). I love kids! I especially love reading to and with kids, playing outside and being active with them, collaborating to make music and art, and just goofing around and making forts (cleaning up afterwards, of course!) Working with infants is something I love as well- prioritizing lots of diverse activities- cuddling, playtime, reading, singing, talking, quiet time, and being outside.
