Hi! My name is Mariah and I have seven years of childcare experience, both in and out of the school setting. I have known since I was a child that I wanted a career working with children, it is my passion! In May of 2015 I graduated with an Elementary Education teaching degree with an emphasis on Preprimary (birth-kindergarten) students. I am so excited to live out my passion, working with children, and being a nanny has been such a rewarding job. For the past three years, I have had the pleasure of nannying for several wonderful families, with children of ages varying from newborn to twelve years. I most enjoy working with infants and toddlers, they are so inquisitive and fun at that age, and are developing so quickly! I especially cherish my long term positions, when I have the opportunity to watch my kids grow and learn. It is also important to me to develop a positive relationship with the parents, so that together we can assess the needs of their children. I value their input, and work hard to ensure there are open lines of communication between us.
