I am currently employed as a school counselor. I am looking for a summer position that could continue as a part-time, or on occasion position during the school year. I worked as a contract employee for Teachers 'R Us Staffing for two years.  In this position I provided the following: -Temporary and emergency in-home nanny services. -Gave care to children ages infant-four years old, by working as a substitute teacher for various day care centers in the Atlanta area.  In this position I will handle 4 infants or 5-6 toddlers by myself.   -Taught Spanish for summer school and day-care programs, students are ages 2-14. Other experience -I also worked as a teacher's assistant for 6 months (3rd grade) for St. Paul Public Schools. -Elementary counselor for 1 year--counseled, taught guidance lessons and ran groups for students ages 5-12. -Baby-sit regularly for my second cousins, from their birth the present Read more (they are now 4, 5,9 and 11 years old).  I also served as a mother's helper, when my cousin was in her last few weeks of pregnancy until her second baby was about two months old.   -Occasional babysitter for two-year old-mother's information is available under references. -Worked for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Atlanta, providing career, college, and camp-related services to kids aged 14-18. I am a kid at heart, and I love to get on the floor and play with the kids.  I am creative and imaginative and can think of constructive activities for the children. I am comfortable monitoring children's electronic use/media exposure. I am an excellent cook, and am willing to prepare meals and tidy up kitchens and children's rooms. I can also adhere to dietary restrictions (nut allergies, vegan, gluten-free).
