Hello parents! My name is Megan Thomas. I'm 23 years old and have lived in the beautiful city of Rochester my whole life! I recently became engaged to my wonderful fiancé, and we moved into our first home at the end of last year. We hope to one day have children of our own! My true passion in life is child care, and career wise, I would love to be involved in social work or start my own community organization. I have extensive experience in child care. I have worked in both a home, and learning center environment. Although I did learn a lot, and enjoy my time at the center; I prefer to work in a home environment. I believe it gives the parents and care giver more opportunity for involvement and communication. I have over a year completed in the Youth and Family Studies program at Rochester Community Read more and Technical College. I have decided to take the rest of the year off to gain experience and hopefully a fullfilling position with a great family!
