Hi, I'm Sonja and I'm 31. I currently hold a BA in Psychology from Crown College (St. Bonifacius, MN), as well as a Child Development Certificate. I have been a part-time babysitter/nanny on and off for 10 years, and have also been involved in summer camp programs since 2006. I was a preschool teacher for four years and have also served an academic year as a Minnesota Reading Corps tutor. I have learned a lot about children in all those different roles. I am currently looking for a family that would be willing to do a FULL-TIME nanny share. I currently work for a family full-time (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM) in east Saint Paul who have a 16-month-old boy. The care location would be at their home if I am providing care for both families, and your home if for some reason I only have your child on a Read more given day. We are looking for someone with a child close in age to theirs (12-18 months old), and also someone who will commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, falling in the 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM time frame each day. It is preferred that you live or work in St. Paul so that drop-off and pick-up are not an issue. If you are interested, I have a contract that you can look over.
