I graduated from Northwestern College (Orange City, IA) in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with endorsements in Reading in Special Education. I have been using my degree in the early childhood field the past four and a half years being a preschool teacher. I am First aid, CPR, and AED certified and complete 40 hours of continuing education each year. What excites me about my job is entering into the child's world of play and facilitating learning along with their play. I regularly babysit on nights and weekends and had a wonderful experience being a nanny on the east coast last year and hope have another great summer this year.
