I am a 53 year old Christian mother of one 16 year old daughter. I have always enjoyed children of all age. As a young girl at the ahe of 14 began working as a nanny during the summers and counselor a Trout Lake Camp. I have enjoyed many children in between these two eras of my life. I have worked as a Surgical Technologist and Surgeons First Assistant which I was employed as for over 17 years and before this I worked as a CNA (Nursing Assistant and Medication Administer since the age of 16. I am physically unable to continue working in my profession and so I am looking for something to do with some of my time. I would enjoy watching someones child or 2 children if younger, more if they are well behaved and somewhat independent. I am looking to work just a few hours now Read more and then as needed. I would bring continuity in caring for your child/children, patience, understanding, fun, activites (not tv or phones) encouraging an interest in the 3 R's as well as creativity and just good fun. I believe in good communication and consistency. If the parent/s have a routine this will be followed and any important guidelines followed. I look forward to working with the family or families whose needs I can meet.
